The Five Tibetans

The Tibetans are for the generation and dissemination of micro releases of Kundalini throughout the body. Allowing the body to adjust and allowing health benefits to be kindled. They are directed to the first five chakras. Each Tibetan is designed to assist the energy to climb higher and higher in a bottom to top fashion.


To assist the Kundalini flow within your body, put your tongue up right behind your upper-front teeth, keep your eyes up as much as you can and put your fingers into the Gyan mudra.


Emotional blockages are a main cause of pain and instability within the Kundalini awakening process. Issues of grief, guilt, loss, abandonment and fear can and do manifest within the context of the Kundalini as pain.


Now that the energy is moving within you from the smallest twitch to the grander expressions of the Kundalini, now is the time to give of love based service to others. It really isn’t “all” about you. This exaltation upon the human being is also about how you are towards others. How you respect yourself by how you respect others.


More energy, even Kundalini energy, isn’t always the best answer. Many systems really focus on achieving the Kundalini activation and awakening without any regard to the enormous amounts of energetic potential released into the body. Grounding is one system that can greatly relieve an overload of energy within the Kundalini context.


As the Kundalini rises it will stimulate and activate the kidneys and the adrenal glands. The adrenals and the kidneys can become hot. Really hot and feel as if they are expanding. The adrenals will release amounts of adrenachrome, or the bodies version of speed. This can be very disconcerting, and can help you to fear. So plenty of living water i.e. water that is from a spring or another source that isn’t chlorinated or from the tap of a city, but if the city water is what you’ve got — drink it.

Emotional Balance

Emotions can be extremely amplified within the Kundalini. In order to not fall prey to negativity, one has to constantly strive for emotional balance.


Pay attention to the new tastes and desires your body begins to have. If you have been a vegetarian and you start having an interest in beef, well, try to find some organic beef and eat it, love it and bless the animal that has given the ultimate gift for you.


Surrender is one of the most important teachings of a sustained activation of the Kundalini. Surrender will eventually lead you into the awakened state. This is not the type of surrender one is accustomed to hearing about or reading of. This is not about succumbing to an enemy or giving up. Surrender is the release of the conscious mind in its “control” over and of the mental and the physical and emotional bodies to the Kundalini.


Meditation conditions the body to become a conduit of Kundalini and is a very important activity that forms a basis of the expression of the Kundalini to enter into the human five body system.


Prayer can be one of the more difficult of the safeties to practice. Especially if you were not raised in an environment respectful or embracing of prayer — like myself. There are many misconceptions about it but I won’t go into those here. I will only say that it is very important and must be practiced.
